This unique clock is made from a wine barrel top. A centre hole is drilled to accept the 2 3/4 inch clock movement with Arabic numbering.
One side of the wood is coloured a deep purple from the red wine that the barrel held for years, and the other side is a natural oak colour. You can use the clock with either side facing forward.
The wood is hand finished with durable and beautiful glossy tung oil.
The clock is about 17 inches wide, 4 inches wide, and about 1 inch thick. The colour varies with the type of wine and the age of the barrel. The top arch is chamfered on both sides as the full barrel top must fit into a narrow groove at the end of the barrel.
This item includes a AAA battery.
